Sparkling Champagne & Mulberry Syrup Cocktail

For 2 cocktails
- 2 tbsp of mulberry syrup
- 1 passion fruit
- 2 fresh mulberries
- 4 ice cubes
- ¼ bottle of champagne
- 1 shaker
- 1 cocktail strainer
- With a fork mash the fresh mulberries.
- Put mulberry syrup, passion fruit juice, fresh mulberries and ice cubes in the shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture through a cocktail strainer and pour into each glass.
- Stretch your glasses with champagne and serve.
