Our products are shipped in France and Europe (see the full list below). Your shipping cost is calculated according to the destination and weight of your order. Due to the current situation, shipping prices are constantly changing and a fuel surcharge may apply. We encourage you to compose your basket and click on “Continue to shipping” to consult the shipping costs applicable to your order.

Outside Metropolitan France, processing and delivery charges start at 13 €. This includes the preparation and the shipment of the order by DPD or DHL. You can at any time check the shipping cost by consulting your basket. Please note that prices will be invoiced excluding tax for orders outside the EU. Extra tax charges will be requested upon delivery.

 

2. Payment

Payment for your purchases is made on our site by bank card: Visa, MasterCard, Amex and other credit cards (e-Carte Bleue) or by Apple Pay for an Express checkout. Payments are secured by Stripe solution in conjunction with our bank BNP Paribas. No payment period is granted and orders are not sent until payment has been received.

 

3. Delivery

  • We pay a particular attention to prepare your order. The content of each order is checked before shipping. It is packaged with the greatest care as it may contain glass jars or fragile products. Suitable and highly resistant packaging will protect your products and guarantee that you receive them in perfect condition.
  • Orders placed will be prepared and sent out the following day. Orders received on Fridays and during the weekends will be sent out on the following Mondays. Orders will be delivered to the delivery address indicated when you place the order. Chronopost and DPD deliver on Saturdays.
  • Delivery time indicated on the website are valid only when normal postal service allows. It excludes strike action by postal service, extreme weather condition or any force majeure event.

 

4. Pictures

The photographs illustrating the products on our site are provided for information only. Any variation between these photographs and the products do not engage the responsibility of Terroirs du Liban – EU.

 

5. After Sales Service 

› Withdrawal period:

You have a period of 7 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from Terroirs du Liban – EU without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, you must contact our Customer Service by email at info.fr@terroirsduliban.com or by telephone at +33 1 42 23 01 26. We will reimburse you for the product(s) concerned within a maximum period of 30 days following your request. Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, etc.) Return address Terroirs du Liban - 34 RUE PIAT, 75020 PARIS, France. We do not accept returns of products that have been opened or whose packaging has been damaged. If these products were nevertheless returned, they would not be subject to any refund in any form whatsoever.

› Package delivered out of time:

In the event of non-compliance with delivery times, Terroirs du Liban - EU undertakes to carry out any necessary investigation and to reimburse the shipping costs. Apart from reimbursement of postage, exceeding delivery times cannot give rise to damages or cancellation of orders in progress. Terroirs du Liban – EU will inform the customer as soon as possible of any delay. 

› Parcel return:

In the event of a parcel return because the address provided by the customer was incorrect or the parcel has been put on hold, the carrier will return the package to us and customer will be charged for extra cost. We will let you know as soon as possible. A second shipment may be made subject to payment by the customer of a flat-rate postage of which he will be informed. If the customer prefers to cancel his order, it will be refunded excluding postage. 

› Parcels lost / not arrived:

In the event of loss of a package, Terroirs du Liban - EU undertakes to send a second package at its own expense and will then ask the recipient to provide it with a sworn statement indicating the non-receipt of the package with a commitment to refuse the first shipment, in case it ends up getting through. This certificate will be used to file a complaint with the carrier and possibly with the police. If the second shipment did not arrive safely, Terroirs du Liban - EU would then refund the initial order. 

› Defective or damaged products:

In case of broken or spoil products, Terroirs du Liban - EU will carry out all useful checks and will ask the customer if necessary for any information or useful photos. We may respond favorably or unfavorably to customer requests. If the response is favorable, we undertake to reimburse you or exchange the defective or damaged products (the re-sending is the responsibility of Terroirs du Liban - EU). No return or replacement of product will be accepted after a period of 10 days following the delivery of your order.

› Order preparation errors:

In case of missing products and errors of preparation of your order, please contact the Customer service at info.fr@terroirsduliban.com to precisely describe the problem encountered.

› Satisfied or refunded guarantee:

If after using the products, you were not completely satisfied with the products ordered, please contact the customer service at info.fr@terroirsduliban.com to describe precisely the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will then ask you to clearly explain the reason for your dissatisfaction.

 

6. Refund

Refunds of products for the reasons mentioned above will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of the date on which the right was exercised. The refund will be made by crediting the credit card used by the customer when purchasing his order online.

 

7. Responsibility of Terroirs du Liban - EU

Terroirs du Liban - EU declines all liability, civil or criminal, which may result from improper use of the products marketed.

 

8. Applicable Law - Disputes

This agreement is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, customers can seize, at their option, the courts within the jurisdiction of Paris (courts of the address of the head office of Terroirs du Liban - EU) or for European customers only (including French) the courts of the place of delivery of the order placed on https://europe.terroirsduliban.com
