Olive Oil, Salmon & Zaatar Cake

For 1 cake








    • 1 cake mold




    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    2. Butter and flour the cake mold.
    3. In a salad bowl, mix the eggs, olive oil, milk, grated gruyere, zaatar and pepper.
    4. Gradually mix in the flour and the baking powder.
    5. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and add them to the preparation. Mix.
    6. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
    7. Let it cool then cut into slices
