For 1 cocktail

Ingredients:

• ½ sweet orange
• 1 tsp bitter orange syrup 
• 1 tsp fresh lemon juice 
• 2 clementines  
• 2 squares of dark chocolate 
• 10cl vodka  
• 1cl cocoa liqueur  
• 3 ice cubes  

Ustensils:

• Shaker   

Preparation:

1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 45 seconds.  
2. Dip the top of your glass into the melted chocolate to create a decorative edge. 
3. Squeeze the orange and clementines. Set the juice aside.  
4. In a shaker, mix the orange, clementine, and lemon juices, bitter orange syrup, vodka, cocoa liqueur, and ice cubes.  
5. Pour into a glass.
