Fresh Mango & Jallab Mousse

For 2 people





  • 1 mango
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp jallab
  • 2 ice cubes




    • 1 blender




    1. Cut the mango into pieces.
    2. In a blender, add the mango, almond milk, Jallab syrup, ice cubes, and blend until smooth.
    3. Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the mixture with the egg whites.





    Chef's tip: For a more energizing dessert, you can add ½ banana or 1 Medjool date.
