Fresh Mango & Jallab Mousse

Ingredients:
- 1 mango
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp jallab
- 2 ice cubes
Utensils:
- 1 blender
Preparation:
- Cut the mango into pieces.
- In a blender, add the mango, almond milk, Jallab syrup, ice cubes, and blend until smooth.
- Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the mixture with the egg whites.

Chef's tip: For a more energizing dessert, you can add ½ banana or 1 Medjool date.
