Winter Milk with Carob Molasses

For 1 person
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp carob molasses
- ½ vanilla pod
- 300 ml milk
Preparation:
- Split the vanilla pod and scrape it with the tip of a knife then place the seeds and half pod in a saucepan.
- Add the milk and carob molasses and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring while cooking.
- Remove the vanilla pod and whisk the mixture to obtain a frothy milk.
- Pour into a mug and it’s ready.
