Winter Milk with Carob Molasses

Difficulty: Easy

Preparation and cooking time: 5 mins

For 1 person








  1. Split the vanilla pod and scrape it with the tip of a knife then place the seeds and half pod in a saucepan.
  2. Add the milk and carob molasses and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring while cooking.
  3. Remove the vanilla pod and whisk the mixture to obtain a frothy milk.
  4. Pour into a mug and it’s ready.
