Tahini & Fig Jam with Sesame Crêpes

Makes around 10 crêpes
Ingredients:
- 250 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fig jam with sesame
Preparation:
- In a salad bowl, mix the flour, sugar and pinch of salt.
- Add the eggs and whisk the mixture.
- Pour in the oil, then the milk, and mix.
- Add the tahini and mix.
- Let the crêpes batter rest for 30 mins.
- In a hot oiled pan, pour a ladle of crêpes batter and cook on both sides.
- Decorate the pancakes with fig jam with sesame
