Apple Cider with Verjuice, Honey & Verbena

Difficulty: Easy

Preparation and rest time: 5 mins - 30 mins

For 1 person

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 10 ml verjuice
  • 30 cl sweet apple cider
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3 sprigs fresh verbena
  • 3 ice cubes

     

    Utensils:

     

    • Shaker

     

    Preparation:

     

    1. In a shaker, pour the honey, verjuice, and ice cubes.
    2. Mix vigorously.
    3. Strain the mixture and pour into a glass.
    4. Add the apple cider and verbena leaves.
    5. Stir with a spoon and let it infuse in a cool place for 30 minutes.
