Diced Pumpkin in Syrup

The autumn-inspired pumpkin preserve is a much-loved traditional treat. Pumpkin is a sustainable, plentiful crop and a very popular ingredient in Lebanese cuisine. Pumpkin pieces are steeped in a light syrup mixed with aromatic spices reminiscent of Christmas. The end-product is a delicious condiment that accompanies well savory appetizers as well as dairy products such as ice-creams, yoghurts and white cheeses. Our product is sourced and processed locally by an agricultural community based in West Bekaa.

Diced pumpkin, sugar, water and citric acid.
