Champagne & Rose Syrup Cocktail

For 1 glass

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 10–15ml rose syrup
  • 90–100ml champagne 
  • A few edible rose petals or 1 raspberry for garnish  

 

Preparation:

 

  1. Pour Terroirs du Liban rose syrup into a champagne flute. 
  2. Gently add the champagne to preserve the bubbles. 
  3. Stir lightly with a spoon or by gently tilting the glass to create an elegant swirl effect. 
  4. Garnish with a few rose petals or a raspberry for a refined touch. 
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy immediately.
