Two Lebanese floral waters, traditionally distilled.
Rose water, made from Damask roses (Rosa damascena), and orange blossom water, made from bitter orange blossoms (Citrus aurantium), are two treasures of Lebanon's culinary heritage. Produced by artisanal distillation following authentic recipes, they are 100% natural.
Rose and orange blossom: two complementary fragrances. The delicate fragrance of rose meets the bright, gentle sweetness of orange blossom. Together, they offer two ways to perfume Middle Eastern pastries as well as everyday recipes.
Women's know-how, a fair trade approach:
These floral waters are produced by women's cooperatives in Lebanon. Gourmet and committed since 2006, Terroirs du Liban supports their work through a fair trade approach.

A few drops are all you need:
• in lemonade, iced tea or a Lebanese "white coffee" (hot water with orange blossom water);
• in cakes, creams, rice pudding or mouhalabieh;
• over a fresh fruit salad or a bowl of fruit.
