The name “Moussaka” comes from the Arabic “Musaqqa'a,” meaning fresh, emphasizing that this delicacy is best enjoyed cold. Served as a main course or as a side dish with rice or grilled meats, this ready-to-eat mezze brings the authentic flavors of Lebanon straight to your table.
