Aperitif with Zaatar, Labneh & Olive Oil

Preparation:

 

  1. In a bowl, combine the goat’s milk and cow’s milk yogurts with salt. 
  2. Line a sieve with cheesecloth and pour in the yogurt mixture. 
  3. Place over a bowl, refrigerate, and allow to drain for 24 to 36 hours, until thick and creamy. 
  4. Transfer the labneh to a serving plate and spread gently. 
  5. Sprinkle generously with zaatar and finish with a drizzle of olive oil. 
  6. Serve with fresh vegetables or warm bread, as desired.
