Aperitif with Zaatar, Labneh & Olive Oil

Ingredients:
- 225g goat’s milk yogurt
- 225g cow’s milk yogurt
- A pinch of salt
- Zaatar to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- In a bowl, combine the goat’s milk and cow’s milk yogurts with salt.
- Line a sieve with cheesecloth and pour in the yogurt mixture.
- Place over a bowl, refrigerate, and allow to drain for 24 to 36 hours, until thick and creamy.
- Transfer the labneh to a serving plate and spread gently.
- Sprinkle generously with zaatar and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Serve with fresh vegetables or warm bread, as desired.
