Mermelada de pétalos de rosa

The Damask rose is the base of this gourmet jam. According to the legend, the Crusaders brought this magnificent rose to Europe from Damascus, in the middle of the 13th Century. Since ancient times, the Damask rose has symbolized beauty and love. Its fine sweet fragrance is perfectly captured in this product. Rose petal jam pairs perfectly well with oriental sweets or drizzled on top of yoghurts, ice-creams and milk puddings. Our jam is made with roses grown in the Bekaa valley, handpicked and prepared by a women’s cooperative using a generation-old recipe.

Rose petals, sugar, water and citric acid.
