Chocolate Filled Rosewater Doughnuts

Ingredients:
- 150 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp rosewater
- 1 egg
- 1 drizzle sunflower oil
- 20 cl water
- 50 g spread
Utensils:
- Pastry cutter
- Pastry bag
- Rolling pin
Preparation:
- Mix the flour and salt in a bowl, create a well and break in the egg. Mix well.
- Add the sunflower oil, rosewater and water. Mix and whisk. Leave to rest for 30 mins at room temperature.
- Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface, flatten with the palm of your hand and roll out with a rolling pin.
- Cut out circles using a pastry cutter.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the doughnuts on both sides until golden brown. Drain the doughnuts on kitchen paper, then fill with the spread using a pastry bag.
